Delivery

Orders ship after the item closes and arrive in 7–12 days. The fee depends on your area and is always shown before you pay.

When your order ships

Nothing ships while a Drop is still open. Once an item closes — at its cap, or 24 hours after the Drop opened — we place the order with the supplier, the batch is inspected at origin, and it is shipped.

Expect delivery 7 to 12 days after the item closes. The storefront shows the specific date range for the item you are looking at, counted from that item's own closing time.

This is a real sourcing timeline, not a warehouse dispatch. We do not hold stock; that is the reason the price is what it is.

We deliver across Nigeria. The fee depends on your area and is added at checkout, after you choose it — you will always see the exact total before you pay anything.

• Other major cities — ₦5,000
• Nationwide — ₦5,000

If your delivery area is not one you can select at checkout, we cannot currently place the order. We would rather tell you that than take your money and work it out afterwards.

Free delivery

Each item carries a limited number of free-delivery places for early buyers. Free delivery applies to orders of ₦10,000 or more, and the product page states exactly how many places are left at that moment. When they are gone the normal fee for your area applies.

Tracking your order

Every order gets a reference. Enter that reference and the phone number you ordered with on the tracking page and you will see the order's current status. We ask for both because either one alone would let a stranger look up someone else's order.

If delivery fails

If the courier cannot reach you, we will try again. Repeated failed deliveries caused by a wrong address or an unreachable phone number are not refundable, so it is worth checking both before you pay.

If an item arrives damaged, do not worry about the delivery fee — see the refunds policy. Damage in transit is covered and we pay the return shipping.
